Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically three to five minutes or more. It targets the body's deep connective tissues, like ligaments and fascia, rather than focusing on muscle strength. It aims to increase flexibility, improve circulation in the joints, and cultivate inner stillness.
